Detectives Investigate Walgreens Burglary in Nashville

Detectives seek help identifying suspects in Walgreens burglary.

Midtown Hills Precinct detectives are working to identify the suspects involved in the May 19 burglary of Walgreens on 22nd Avenue North. Three suspects arrived at the specialty pharmacy at 4 a.m. in a white sedan, and two of them used a pry bar to force entry into the location.

The two suspects stole several thousand dollars worth of medications from the pharmacy before fleeing in the same white vehicle.

Alabama Teen Arrested for Nashville Hate Vandalism

A 19-year-old Alabama man was arrested for allegedly spray-painting swastikas and hate messages on five homes in Nashville’s Sylvan Park area, which occurred when he was 17. He faces multiple charges including vandalism and civil rights intimidation. Enhanced police presence was ordered in response to the incident.
