Man Arrested for Assault After Unwanted Advances in Elevator

Jamien Taylor, 26, was arrested for assault and false imprisonment.

Jamien Taylor, 26, was arrested by Special Victims Division detectives for allegedly following a woman into an elevator near Public Square Park in Nashville on April 4th and making unwanted sexual advances towards her. The victim reported that Taylor moved within inches of her and began telling her he was going to kiss her. She pushed him away and exited the elevator when the door opened.

Taylor was later identified from surveillance video and charged with assault and false imprisonment. Detectives located additional video showing Taylor following other women, but no other victims have been identified at this time. Convicted Felon Arrested on 16 Charges in Multi-Agency Effort

A coordinated effort between Nashville Police and surrounding agencies led to the arrest of convicted felon Adolfo Leon Isaza on 16 charges, including domestic violence offenses, motor vehicle theft, and felony evading arrest.
