Middle Tennessee Electric (MTE) warns motorists of rolling roadblocks on I-24 between Old Hickory Boulevard and Almaville Road in Rutherford County this Sunday, April 21, from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m., as contractors work on electrical lines across the interstate.
