Ascension St. Thomas Behavioral Health will be hosting a special Lunch and Learn session on Thursday, May 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Murfreesboro City Hall Council Chambers. The session, titled “Understanding and Coping with Intrusive Thoughts: Navigating Mental Health Challenges,” aims to provide valuable insights and practical strategies for managing intrusive thoughts and enhancing overall well-being.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, this event offers an opportunity to gain knowledge and tools to effectively cope with mental health challenges. Ascension St. Thomas Behavioral Health will provide lunch for attendees.
To register for the session, participants can access the Events Calendar in the Learning Management System (LMS), select the session date and time, and click the “Request” button. Registration will be confirmed via email with an attached calendar invite. Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
