The Finch American Grill Set to Open in Nashville

Milkshake Concepts announces the opening of The Finch American Grill.

In a recent announcement, Milkshake Concepts revealed the upcoming opening of The Finch American Grill in Nashville, TN, on March 22, 2024. Following the success of Harper’s Steakhouse, Milkshake Concepts is eager to introduce another distinctive dining venue to Music City.

Imran Sheikh, co-founder and CEO of Milkshake Concepts, expressed his excitement about the new restaurant’s location and its potential to complement the neighborhood. The Finch aims to be a casually sophisticated destination that welcomes diners with its diverse menu and aesthetically pleasing design. Situated in one of the city’s historic buildings, the restaurant features an open and bright space with towering windows and garage doors that open during pleasant weather, providing an inviting atmosphere for any occasion.

The menu at The Finch, developed by Senior Culinary Director Rodman Shields, offers a modern take on American classics. Shields, who brings over 25 years of culinary experience and was the creative force behind Harper’s Steakhouse’s menu, has curated a selection of dishes that marry elegance with approachability. Highlights include Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon, Short Rib with Poblano Mac and Cheese, and Roasted Herb Chicken, alongside creative starters and a fresh seafood selection.

The Finch will also serve lunch and dinner daily, with plans to launch a weekend brunch featuring both classics from the all-day menu and special brunch items. The bar program will offer classic cocktails with names inspired by song titles, in homage to Nashville’s musical heritage, as well as a selection of wines.

Designed in collaboration with Franklin-based Barnett Design Group, the restaurant’s interior reflects a breezy and relaxed aesthetic with elegant accents, including signature marble-topped bars and decorative elements that pay tribute to the building’s rich history.

Located at 111 10th Ave S #310, Nashville, TN, next to Union Station Hotel, The Finch will operate Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and weekends from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdays and until 10 p.m. on Sundays. Reservations will be available starting March 18 at the restaurant’s website.
