Ascend Federal Credit Union is inviting the community to a free Lunch & Learn workshop focused on retirement planning. Scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the event will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
During this informative session, two experienced financial advisors will offer valuable insights on the essential do’s and don’ts of retirement planning. Their advice will aim to help attendees understand how to set up their retirement plans for success, covering a range of strategies and common pitfalls to avoid.

In addition to gaining crucial financial planning knowledge, participants will also enjoy a complimentary lunch provided by Ascend, making it a truly enriching lunch break.
Registration for the workshop is now open but seats are limited. Interested individuals are encouraged to quickly secure their spots on a first-come, first-serve basis. To register, attendees should access the Events Calendar in the Learning Management System (LMS), select the session date and time, and click the “Request” button. A confirmation email, including an attached calendar invite, will be sent upon successful registration.
