Nashville, Tenn. – Food enthusiasts and families in Nashville are in for a treat as the Nashville Scene’s Nashville Food Faire makes its return. The third annual event is set to take place at OneC1ty on Saturday, April 6th, from 11 am to 4 pm. This free-to-attend festival promises a day filled with a variety of local culinary offerings, live cooking demonstrations, and music.

The Nashville Food Faire is a celebration of the city’s vibrant food scene, featuring dozens of local purveyors. Attendees can look forward to exploring a diverse array of homemade goods ranging from sandwiches and sauces to teas, baked goods, coffee, marinades, and fresh fruit snacks. The event welcomes both families and pets, ensuring a fun day out for all.

In addition to the food market, guests can enjoy craft cocktails and mocktails from Better Than Booze or local beer at Bavarian Bierhaus’s pop-up Biergarten. The Southern Steak and Oyster and The Nashville Food Project will take the stage for live cooking demonstrations, offering crowd tastings of their delicious creations.

Nashville Predators Celebrate Military with Special Week

The Nashville Predators, in partnership with Ford, Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), and Fort Campbell, have announced the return of the Ford Military Salute Week, set to begin on March 19, 2024. This event, aimed at honoring military families, will feature two Military Appreciation Games at Bridgestone Arena on March 19 and March 23, with pre-game festivities including military vehicle displays, fitness challenges, live music, and a live broadcast by Bally Sports. A special watch party will also be hosted on March 21 at Fort Campbell for the game against the Florida Panthers. This year introduces the Smash Car, where fans can donate to the Nashville Predators Foundation by taking a swing at a car with a sledgehammer, benefiting the DwyerFire Gold Star Family Foundation and Gold Star families.
