Nashville police are on the hunt for two suspects involved in a recent theft at the Fabric Care Center located on East Thompson Lane. This incident, which occurred early in the morning on February 9, involved the theft of hundreds of dollars in quarters from the laundromat’s coin machines.

According to the manager, the suspects entered the premises at approximately 7 a.m. One of them proceeded to break the locks off two of the machines using a blunt object and removed the quarters inside. Meanwhile, the other suspect kept watch, ensuring their illicit activities went uninterrupted.

This theft comes on the heels of a similar incident on February 11 at another Fabric Care Center location on Dickerson Pike. However, South Precinct detectives have indicated that they do not believe the same individuals are responsible for both crimes.

The police have released photos of the suspects involved in the East Thompson Lane theft and are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying them. Anyone with information that could lead to the apprehension of these individuals is encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. The community’s help is crucial in preventing further incidents and bringing those responsible to justice.
