Situated in the North Hall, nestled between Whisk Crêpes Café and the entrance of 501 Commerce building, Cheese Lab is the brainchild of Nashville’s own restaurateur, Youssef Koutout.
Cheese Lab’s menu is a tribute to cheese in all its forms, promising an array of enticing melts, savory sides, and delectable sweets. Patrons can look forward to indulging in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches with flavors ranging from the classic American Cheese to more adventurous combinations like Brie and Fig, Buffalo Chicken, and even a vegan Salsa Fresca & Artichoke option. The menu also features entrée salads, homemade soups, sides, and desserts, ensuring a well-rounded meal for every visitor.
